We Need Your Recipes!

We are revising our recipe book and we would like to add recipes from you and your little homesteads too! Click the read more button below to find out how you can participate and possibly win some prizes

I love a little patriotic kitschy-ness every now and again!  That is one of my favorite patriotic images. Anywho, not that it has much to do with our recipe book, but it does have to do with the timing! We are going to release the 2nd edition of our recipe book into the wild on July 1, 2016. 

For this edition, we would like to honor all of the folks that we have met on our journey by involving all of you. We would like you to share some of your favorite homestead recipes. It could be your favorite bread recipe, or your favorite soap recipe, or anything that you might call a "recipe" in the broadest sense of the word. Anything you do to live sustainable lives, we would like to hear about it. If it has what it takes, then it will make it into our recipe book. AND this gives us a great opportunity to host a little contest.

THE CONTEST: (Which is not really a contest, but I don't know a better word!)
The first ten submissions will receive a coupon for $2 off, 
PLUS if your recipe is printed you'll receive the digital copy for FREE, and a coupon for $2 off of the printed book.

(You can stack those prizes, so you could end up getting $4 off of the printed book, and a FREE eBook!)

The name of your homestead (if you want...)
The ingredients
The instructions
Email address (for our use only!)


Once we receive your recipes, I will review each one, test my favorites and decide which recipes to use in the book. Contest winners will be notified via email, and when Homestead Recipes: 2nd Edition in released on July 1,2016, entrants will be at top of the list for fulfillment! 

I'm looking for adaptable, simple, wholesome, AWESOME recipes.
